Once we have a clear understanding of your objectives, we schedule a discovery call or in-person meeting.
This session allows us to dive deeper into your brand, explore your aspirations, and identify any challenges or opportunities.
We will ask relevant questions to gather key information about your business, target audience, competition, and desired outcomes. This step sets the foundation for a successful partnership.

During this stage we formalize our collaboration. We provide you with all the necessary documents, including a comprehensive contract and project proposal with scope of work, budget, timeline and deliverables.

5.Offboarding
Once the design phase is complete, we embark on the final step—offboarding. We provide you with all the necessary final files, including logos, brand guidelines, and any other assets developed during the process.

Timelines vary based on the requirements of the project. Expect at least 8 weeks for a branding project and a minimum of 4 weeks for our logo packages. For a more accurate timeline, just reach out to us.

A minimum of 50% is required to commence any design project. This is routine and in best practice.
The final balance is due at the completion of the project when the design has been approved.
Only when the final payment has been received will all digital files be released.
